One week down, 47 to go

And off I go... Goodbye home!

Here's the recap for week 1. After fixing the math and realizing it was only 16.9 miles per week, it gave me a boost in confidence and I am ready to tackle this head on.

Feb. 2 - 3.75 miles
Feb. 3 - 2.62 miles

Week 1: 25.44 miles
Total: 25.44 miles
Completed: 3.1%

Week 1 Measurements:
Weight: 203.8 lbs (-4.4 lbs)
Body Fat: 23.9% (-1.2%)





For those that are paying attention to the dates (and for those that aren't, you will be now!), January 26th and 27th were my "jump start"(aka cheat) days because I was worried about making it.

I am extremely happy how this adventure has started and I look forward to the next 47 weeks as much as a I do the 1 that is done already (and time absolutely flew!). I feel like I have made a good dent in the distance, although when I look at the map above, it sure doesn't seem like much.
