Feb. 26 - 4.09 miles
Mar. 3 - 4.21 miles

Week 5: 8.30 miles 
Total: 85.71 miles
Completed: 10.5%

Week 5 Measurements:
Weight: 201.8 lbs (-2.0lbs, -6.4lbs total)
Body Fat: 21.3% (-2.3%, -3.8% total)


So this week was almost a write off for progress on my run. Between trying to get all the assignments done that I've known about for the last 2 months (and procrastinated just as long for), and coming down with some sort of minor flu that took me out for 3 days, and taking Sunday off after a VERY exerting Saturday of tobogganing and Snowmobiling, it didn't leave me with many days left to 'hit the pavement'.
